I’ve been working on the new site design all day, but I’ve had one major problem: I can’t get a div tag to stretch to 80% of the height of the screen by creating a rule in the CSS stylesheet that says something to the effect of height: 80%. It doesn’t work in either Mozilla 1.1a or MSIE for Windows 6.0. Is this a bug, or is this what the specs recommend? Does anyone know what I can do to achieve this effect? (You can post a comment to this entry or e-mail me if you do.) If not, it’s back to the drawing board.
